Tucker Home Healthcare treats medical inquiries as confidential. Coordinators discuss care needs with the patient, the people the patient asks us to include, and the physicians responsible for orders.

During care

Visit notes, medication lists, and physician updates stay with the care team assigned to the household. Families who want a copy of information from the record, or who want to limit who receives updates, can ask the office and we will explain the next step.
